English F4 & F3 seminars

In order to ease the access to our seminars for an expanding number of officials, we will organize seminars for the (German) F4 and F3 license in English this year. These seminars will take place at the end of March and you can sign up using the link below.

The courses will take place in a live online format from 10 am until 6 pm which includes the exam for the license. The Zoom links for the courses will become visible in the respective Moodle room at 9:45 am the day of the seminar. 

There is an FAQ for any questions regarding the seminar, currently only in German. The seminars will feature a mix of theoretical input and practical exercises where you go through scenarios and videos to use the newly gained knowledge. While the F4 seminar (for all beginners) focuses on the basics of all rules, responsibilities and mechanics per official, the F3 seminar adds penalty enforcement and mechanics of the referee.

The fee for a seminar is 15,00 € and will be collected from your national federation this calendar year. 

F4 Seminar: 22nd of March 2026

The F4 seminar is the first license level which can be joined without a previous license.

F3 Seminar: 29th of March 2026

The F3 seminar is the second of four license levels for which officials with an F4 license are elegible which have officiated at least 4 full time (2x20 min incl. clock control) games. It is possible to participate in both seminars to gain the F4 and F3 license in the same year.
